PAGASA announced via its latest bulletin issued at 2 PM on November 11, 2020, that Typhoon Ulysses intensifies further as it continues to move closer towards the Quezon-Aurora area.

It is traversing Westward at 20 km/h and has maximum sustained winds of 135 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 165 km/h.

Typhoon Ulysses was spotted at 125 km North Northwest of Virac, Catanduanes or 95 km Northeast of Daet, Camarines Norte.

Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals (TCWS) 1,2,3 have been raised in various parts of the country particularly in Luzon and Visayas.

Due to Typhoon Ulysses, classes have been suspended by selected schools and local government units (LGUs).
