Alex Gonzaga has officially settled into her newly constructed home, marking the end of a years-long project that she and her husband, Lipa City councilor Mikee Morada, began nearly five years ago. The actress and TV host delighted fans by sharing a glimpse of her multi-level residence through a video uploaded to her Facebook page on Tuesday, Nov. 25.
The clip featured moments from a small celebration held inside the new house, where Alex welcomed a handful of close friends to experience the space for the first time. Among those who joined her was actor-director Fifth Solomon, one of her longtime friends in the entertainment industry.
In her post, Alex Gonzaga wrote, “My friends visit my new house for the first time!” setting the tone for the light, cheerful gathering. The video showcased several parts of the home, including the entryway and receiving area, before panning to the dining room, where the group shared a hearty meal and exchanged thoughtful gifts.
One touching moment showed one of Alex’s female friends becoming emotional, expressing how happy she was for the TV host’s latest milestone. The celebration highlighted not just the beauty of the home, but also the supportive friendships Alex has built throughout the years.
The journey to completing the house began in December 2020, just a month after Alex and Morada tied the knot in an intimate ceremony held at the Gonzaga family residence. From the outset, the project was closely overseen by Alex’s parents, Pinty and Bonoy Gonzaga, who played an active role in managing its construction.
In October, Alex showed her appreciation by gifting her parents a brand-new car. She described the gesture as a way of acknowledging their incredible support throughout the building process. “As a bunso trying to make up for all the stress caused while they built my dream house,” she said.
With her new home finally finished, Alex enters an exciting new chapter—one marked by gratitude, family, and heartfelt celebrations shared with loved ones.
