The customer explained that he purchased the phone from what was believed to be an official Apple flagship store on a popular shopping platform. The order even came with a 20 percent discount, making the deal appear even more attractive.

Shipping was fast, and the parcel arrived without any visible issues. The packaging looked normal, the seals were intact, and the waybill showed no signs of tampering, giving no reason to suspect anything was wrong.

However, when he opened the box, he discovered that it contained nothing but bars of Bioderm soap. Instead of excitement over the new phone, he was left with shock and frustration. He immediately filed a request for return and refund, but at the time of his post, he had not yet received an update from the shopping platform.
