Eman earned the nickname “Piolo Pacquiao” after his boxing match at the Thrilla In Manila 2 event held at the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City on October 29, 2025. Many fans pointed out that he bears a strong resemblance to actor Piolo Pascual — a comparison that both surprised and amused the young athlete.

“Natuwa po ako na kamukha ko pala si Piolo Pascual, at ngayon ay tinatawag ako na Piolo Pacquiao,” Eman said with a smile when asked about his reaction to the nickname.

With his 5’10” height and striking looks, many believe Eman could easily pursue a career in show business. This has sparked curiosity among fans and the media about whether he plans to follow in his father’s footsteps, boxing legend Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao, who successfully transitioned from sports to entertainment.

When asked about this possibility, Eman responded, “Open naman po ako kung may opportunity, pero siyempre, kailangan ko rin kasi paghandaan muna at mag-focus sa boxing.”

Balancing Boxing, Endorsements, and Studies

Aside from boxing and possible showbiz ventures, Eman was also asked if he would consider product endorsements. He replied, “Basta po aligned sa values ko and kung naniniwala ako dun sa produkto. Huwag lang po sugal or kahit anong negative na bagay.”

Despite the growing attention surrounding his boxing career, Eman continues to prioritize his education. “Grade 11 po ako ngayon. Technical Vocational Livelihood [TVL] po ang course ko sa Alternative Learning System,” he shared.

As he balances academics, boxing, and newfound fame, Eman Bacosa Pacquiao remains grounded and determined — proving that he is not just the son of a boxing legend, but a rising athlete carving his own path toward greatness.
