Zoren Legaspi Shares Why His Marriage w/ Carmina Villarroel Is “Very Peaceful”
ZOREN LEGASPI – Veteran actor Zoren Legaspi just proved that true love can be peaceful and lasting, revealing that he and wife Carmina Villarroel have never fought in their more than two decades together.
For over two decades, Zoren Legaspi and Carmina Villarroel have shared a strong and harmonious relationship—13 of those years as husband and wife. Despite the challenges that often come with married life, the actor revealed that he and Carmina have never had any serious disagreements or arguments throughout their time together.
In an exclusive interview with PEP.ph during the press conference for their family teleserye, Hating Kapatid, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, Zoren proudly shared the peaceful nature of their household. “Never. Di kami nag-aaway niyan. Yan nga, sa bahay, very peaceful ang Legasi family,” he said, emphasizing the calm and happy environment they’ve built together.
Zoren Legaspi also mentioned that even their household staff can attest to the harmony inside their home. “Never. Kahit pumunta ka doon, interview mo yung mga yaya doon, mga kasambahay namin or yung mga personal driver namin, wala silang maikukuwento sa inyo,” Zoren added. “Tsaka, wala kaming takot na may secret something or dark secrets sa loob ng bahay namin.”
The actor attributed their strong relationship to simple family habits that keep them connected. “Walang ganoon because we always eat together at lunch, dinner. Lalo na pag walang trabaho, magkakasama kami kumain,” he shared. He also described how laughter is a big part of their bond, saying, “Bukod dun, lagi kaming nagtatawanan. Sa kotse, magkakasabay kami.”
According to Zoren, these daily routines contribute to their family’s peace and happiness. “Kaya walang problema ang Legasi family. Uh, very peaceful kami, nakakatulog kami nang mahimbing. Kami ni Mina. Lalo na kami ni Mina. Lagi naman kaming magkatabi sa kama niyan,” he said with a smile.
He even lightheartedly dismissed rumors about marital issues. “So, yeah, yung mga naririnig niyong ganyan, mga joke-joke na lang yun. But you know, sa totoong buhay, talagang wala kaming problema.”
Back on November 15, 2022, during their 10th wedding anniversary, Zoren promised Carmina that no matter what challenges come their way, she will always be safe in his arms—a vow that continues to reflect the enduring love they share today.
