Vice Pres. Sara Duterte Trust Rating Increases by 1% Only in June 2025
SARA DUTERTE TRUST RATING – The percentage score of the Vice President as per the latest Social Weather Station (SWS) survey remains higher than the trust rating of Pres. Bongbong Marcos.
The Social Weather Station recently conducted a survey to determine the public trust on key government officials in the Philippines. The results showed that the trust rating of Pres. Bongbong Marcos rose by 10 percentage points to 48% in June. Vice Pres. Duterte’s percentage score had a slight increase only at 1%.

The survey conducted by the SWS from June 25 to June 29 had 1,200 respondents. Based on a report on GMA News, the respondents are composed of adult Filipinos across the nation. The survey yield 61% as Vice Pres. Sara Duterte trust rating — a 1% increase from the 60 percentage score in May.

The Social Weather Station commissioned by Stratbase asked the 1,200 Filipino adult respondents to rate their trust to key government officials by choosing from the categories cited. Here are the categories provided:
- very much
- somewhat much
- undecided if much or little
- somewhat little
- very little

Based on the report, while Vice Pres. Sara Duterte trust rating is at 61%, 23% of the respondents said they have little trust in the Vice President. At the time when the survey was conducted, 14% were undecided.
It is no secret to the public that there is an ongoing rift between Pres. Bongbong Marcos and Vice Pres. Sara Duterte. It became evident to the public since the Vice President resigned from being the secretary of the Department of Education (DepEd).

Following the Vice President’s remarks that the Marcos Jr. Cabinet allegedly has no plan for the country, Malacañang called out Vice Pres. Sara Duterte not to spread that Marcos Jr. has no direction.
