Recently, Atty. Christian Sia broke his silence and defended his behavior. Based on a post on the official Facebook page of Daily Tribune, the Pasig candidate for congressman spoke to the crowd at a campaign rally in his city saying he is in politics for 15 years now and he was never tagged as proud and rude not until recently because of his joke.

He asked the crowd if there was ever a time when he was personally rude to them. According to him, on social media, he is currently the rudest tagging himself as a “five star general” when it comes to it.

Atty. Ian Sia asked his fellow Pasigueños not to drive away the election issue. The Pasig candidate stressed that the election is not about him but about the future of the Pasigueños.
