Actress Ivana Alawi Answers Questions on Possible Bid in 2025 Elections
IVANA ALAWI – The YouTube star and actress confirmed that she is not running in the May 2025 Midterm Elections and spoke her side on politics.
There are YouTube content creators who filed their candidacies in the 2025 Midterm Elections. This led to countless people asking Ivana if she is also running for a position in the next election.

Ivana Alawi is undeniably one of those content creators who love to share her blessings through giving away foods and gifts to other people. In February, Ivana has even gave away a ticket to Taylor Swift’s Eras tour with all-expense paid trip to Singapore.
Is she running in the 2025 Elections? Recently, through a video posted on TikTok, Ivana clarified that she is not running in the next elections. She stressed that she has no knowledge in politics and she does not know anything about making laws.
“Siguro kung papasok man ako sa ganyan dapat mag-aral man lang ako ng 3-4 years because I don’t want to put our country at risk,” she said.
Ivana Alawi also reacted to some claims of wanting to enter politics to help the Filipino people. According to her, we can help even if we are not in politics or in any position.
“A lot of people would say, ‘Eh, gusto ko kasing makatulong sa Pilipinas, gusto kong makatulong sa kababayan natin’. Guys, kayang-kaya nating gawin ‘yun even without being into politics,” she said.
Ivana also expressed her belief that anyone who enters politics must have the knowledge. She even compared her statement to the “Bulalo” that she is eating while making the video.
“Pag papasok ka sa politics at ipaglalaban mo ang Pilipinas, dapat may utak ka. At hindi lang ‘yun, dapat may laman ang utak mo,” the YouTube Star said.
Ivana Alawi also expressed an encouragement to the public to vote wisely. Acording to her, she believes that the country will progress as long as the people pick the right leaders and the right people to lead the nation.
“Sa mga gustong tumulong, tulong-tulong tayo. Hindi natin kailangan ng posisyon para tumulong,” she said.
