Chinese Man Stolen When he was Baby Reunited with Real Parents
MAN – A Chinese, Zhang Huaiyuan, was stolen from his real parents when he was a baby and grew up in a poor family.
One of the popular plots in television series involves the main character growing up in a poor family but, later on, finds out that he/she is actually from a wealthy family. While this situation is known in fiction scripts only, it can actually happen in real life like what happened to Zhang Huaiyuan.
Zhang Huaiyuan is a 33-year-old Chinese who grew up in a poor family. He lived with his family in the rural village in Anhui province in eastern China. He had no idea then that he was not a biological son of the couple he knew as his parents growing up.
The said belief went on until one day he found out the truth behind his identity that the couple he was living with is not his real parents. Based on South China Morning Post, the man was stolen when he was a baby by the doctor of his biological mother.
Zhang Huaiyuan was actually the second son of a wealthy Chinese couple who live in Zheijang Province in southeastern China. When her mother was on her 6th month of pregnancy, her incision from her first caesarean delivery opened so the baby had to be delivered.
Based on the report, the doctor claimed that the baby died and neither his biological father nor mother knew that he was actually alive. They were not able to see him as well.
The doctor reportedly gave the baby to his relatives, a couple who is already in their 50s but still has no child. Zhang grew up with a disabled father that is why life was not easy for him. He had to stop schooling at 17 years old to work and help his family.
Meanwhile, the man indeed got the skills of his parents when it comes to business. Although he grew up poor, he managed to build a small factory in Tianjin. When his adoptive father died, that’s when he was told the truth about his identity.
Zhang sought the help of the authorities to locate his biological parents. His real parents are wealthy people and his father was sad upon knowing the situation that his son grew up in. Based on the report, his parents gave him 1.2 million yuan or around PHP 9,698,384.
The man is already married and has a six-year-old son. Recently, his biological parents visited their place to meet their daughter-in-law and grandchild.
