Most pregnancies come with very noticeable signs. In a lot of causes, women suffer from nausea, fatigue, and increase urination. The absence of the monthly period also prompt women to take a pregnancy test. However, there are also cases when the pregnancy came with no signs like what happened to Tayvia Woodfork.
Tayvia Woodfork was clueless that she was pregnant. The 26-year-old woman was 37 weeks pregnant when her family had a gathering at Golden Corral in North Little Rock, Arkansas. It is an eat-all-you-can buffet. Based on a report on Today.com, there were 11 of them who dined at the restaurant but they went home 12.
Tayvia Woodfork experienced stomach pain which prompted her to go to the Comfort Room. However, she has not return from the CR after 10 minutes so her mother, Tameka, went to the ladies room to see her. She was surprised to hear her screaming in pain.
Based on the article, then, they were both clueless as to what was happening. The mother told her daughter that they need to go to the hospital but the 26-year-old woman could not move her legs. They were surprised when she shouted, “It’s Out! It’s Out!”.
A baby came out. It’s a 6 pound and one (1) ounce baby boy. When they moved out, the other diners in the restaurant were clapping. They also went to the baby to see it. Based on the article, the 26-year-old mother really did not know that she’s pregnant.
According to Tayvia, there was really no symptoms that she’s pregnant. She did not gain weight and she did not experience any fetal movement as well. The baby is her second son — next to her eldest son, Taylon.
The Golden Corral gave the baby a box of baby essentials and a Golden Corral gift card. Tayvia said that her son loves to eat which is only fitting for a baby born in an eat-all-you-can buffet restaurant.
