An abused Pinay OFW seeks help from the Philippine government after maltreated by her employer: “Kailan niyo po ako kukunin, pag patay na ako?”
Over the past few years, a lot of OFWs are filing complaints against their cruel and heartless employers for abusing and maltreating them while working abroad. Most Pinoy migrant workers have trauma after experiencing maltreatment.
The Facebook page “Pinoy Abroad Tambayan” has shared the video footage of a poor Pinay Overseas Filipino Worker seeking help from the Philippine government. The video elicits comments from the netizens.
In the video, it can be seen that the Pinay migrant worker is painfully crying while seeking help from the Philippine embassy after she has been abused and maltreated by her heartless employer.
The OFW identified as Chillete Cabanilla Nillas is also a resident of Davao, the same province wherein President Rodrigo Duterte lives. Nillas is working as a domestic helper in Riyadh.
