ICE CANDY VENDOR – A vendor of the frozen juice has caught the attention of netizens with his English-speaking skills, particularly his British accent.

Ice candy is one of the most popular summer treats among Filipinos. It is a frozen juice (or smoothie) in a pop ice container. The only difference is that ice candy is made at home from fresh fruits, whereas sari-sari (variety) stores sell some that are made from artificial fruit flavoring.

Speaking of, an ice candy vendor from Maasin City, Southern Leyte has gone viral on social media with his impressive marketing strategy. The vendor sells his product using English language at the same time incorporating British accent. His unique style of selling ice candy was posted online via North Central Luzon News Media.

In a video, the vendor began by introducing his product, ice candy. The person filming him then asked what flavor it is. He claims that the flavor he has is mango with cheese.

The vendor is selling his ice candy for five pesos each. He also shared what they are made of. But in the last part of the video, the young vendor and the person who posted the clip decided to speak in their dialect.

His unique style of selling ice candy has caught the attention of netizens. One of the netizens said that he could be a tourist guide or translater. Another netizen is hoping that he could get a scholarship because he has a bright future. According to one of the commenters, the vendor is Jerson Villamor.
