The video footage of a motorcycle backrider using a rice cooker as a crash helmet goes viral and elicits comments from netizens.
Nowadays, the Philippine government is already implementing stricter traffic rules and regulations to reduce the worsening traffic problem in the country. The traffic policy also aims to ensure the safety of both motorists and pedestrians along the road.
One of those policies is wearing of crash helmets when driving a motorcycle to avoid sustaining a major head injury during an accident. Motorcycle riders who will be caught not wearing a helmet would face corresponding sanctions and penalties.

In the video, it can be seen that the vehicle driver is laughing while watching the backrider wearing a rice cooker on his head. The backrider can’t also help but to laugh because of his witty method to avoid committing a traffic violation.
