BRYANBOY – The fashion blogger took to social media wherein he gave a frank message to a netizen begging for money to buy diaper and milk for her baby.
Bryanboy, whose real name is Bryan Grey Yambao, is a Filipino fashion blogger and socialite. He started blogging at the age of 24 from his parent’s home in Manila. He used to work as a web developer.
It was in 2007 when his eponymous blog won the Philippine Blog Award for Best Fashion & Lifestyle Blog. The New York Post named him one of the nine hottest internet celebrities, and news.com.au has called him “one of Fashion 2.0’s biggest superstars” and a “phenom in the fashion blogosphere”.
Recently, he went to Facebook wherein he shared a message he received from a “desperate” netizen. The netizen was begging for money to buy diaper and milk for her baby. But instead of helping the poor netizen, the blogger gave a frank message to her.
According to him, it is better not to have children if one is not yet ready to face the responsibility of being a parent.
“Gusto sana kitang tulungan, pero hindi ako gumawa ng baby na ‘yan. Kung basic needs na nga lang ng anak mo, hindi mo ma-provide, anong gagawin mo kapag lumaki na yang bata na ‘yan?” he said. “‘Yun na nga eh, kung wala talaga kayong pera, ‘wag na kayong gumawa ng bata. And, wag na kayo magdagdag ng chanak sa mundo,” he added.
