The business owner claimed it seemed like the food was almost thrown at them. The staff was simply rushing to serve everyone, as many customers were waiting. The customer in question was even prioritized, despite others arriving earlier.

The team wanted to serve them quickly so they could eat without delay. Unfortunately, this was taken the wrong way. The owner admitted the situation was stressful and disheartening.

It was harder for her because of the customer’s tone and reaction were hurtful, especially since they had done their best to accommodate everyone during a busy period.

After the walkout, the business owner reflected on the lesson learned. Moving forward, they plan to serve more demanding or impatient customers later in the queue to avoid similar incidents.

But, still sorry for what I’ve done earlier madam. God bless po.
