Cristy Fermin Claims Arci Muñoz Was Seen with Vice Mayor at Airport
ARCI MUÑOZ — The actress has once again made headlines after allegedly being spotted at the airport with the Vice Mayor of Bantay, Ilocos Sur, reportedly heading to Europe.
The news was revealed by entertainment host Cristy Fermin on her show Cristy Ferminute on June 12, alongside her co-host Romel Chika. Cristy read a message sent by a source, which even included a photo as supposed proof. “May tinanggap ako ditong text, may picture pa naku, may isang picture. Heto tiyak na ide-deny ito. Sa panahon po ngayon ng social media, papaano pa tayo makapagde-deny, e, nakunan kayo ng retrato?” Cristy said while checking her phone. She jokingly refrained from showing the picture but hinted that it showed Arci and the unnamed vice mayor together. Romel Chika added humorously, “Sabihing nagkasabay lang?”
Cristy also commented, “Oo, ang manyoman (mayaman – gay lingo) pala ‘yung wifey ng vice mayor pala…hay naku,” stopping short of sharing more details. Out of caution, Cristy did not disclose the name of the vice mayor or confirm whether he is still serving or has already completed his term.
The hosts acknowledged that due to privacy concerns, they are being careful about the information they reveal. They also mentioned that their show remains open to hearing Arci and the vice mayor’s side should they choose to clarify or address the issue.
For now, both parties have not released any official statements regarding the alleged European trip.
Meanwhile, Arci Muñoz is an actress, singer, model, and military reservist. She rose to fame after joining StarStruck in 2005 and became known for roles in Pasión de Amor, Open, and Last Fool Show. Arci is also the lead singer of the rock band Philia and joined the Philippine Air Force as a reservist in 2020. In 2021, she entered politics, running for councilor in Cainta, Rizal.
