Young Boy Elicits Reactions For Being Tired of Explaining Himself to His Parents
A young boy goes viral on social media and elicited comments online for being tired of explained himself to his mom.
Recently, Kay Gie Q Postrano, a Facebook user, shared a video of her son showing just how exhausting it can be for kids to explain themselves over and over. The post garnered various reactions from the internet users.
In the video, Mommy Kay is seen talking to her son Zeb after picking him up from school. One of Zeb’s classmates had already told her about a small incident involving him, claiming he had hurt someone.

“Yung babae nagsumbong na, si Zeb nandoon, may nasaktan siyang ganito, ganyan,” Mommy Kay said.
Zeb, however, quickly defended himself. According to him, it wasn’t his fault and it was actually his classmate Lexus who caused the trouble. He said the girl who reported him wasn’t telling the full story.
Mommy Kay wasn’t angry, though her voice sounded a bit serious. She calmly explained to Zeb that she couldn’t take his side right away just because he’s her son. She reminded him that it’s important to hear both sides first, and if he really did hurt someone, it would be right to apologize.
“Nag-advise ako sa kanya na, “Ganito kaso ‘yan, anak. Hindi kasi porket anak kita, agad kitang dedepensahan dapat kakausapin ko muna both side sa inyo. Kung nakatama ka mag-sorry ka,” said Mommy Kay.
The boy looked tired, frustrated, and almost on the verge of tears as he tried to explain himself. Eventually, he walked out of the room, clearly done with the conversation.
Last year, he also became popular online when he reacted dramatically after thinking he got a zero on a test, even before his paper was checked.

Mommy Kay makes sure to talk to Zeb heart-to-heart after things cool down. She wants him to grow up remembering the values she teaches him honesty, humility, and kindness.
