Ellen Adarna Reveals Her Secrets Behind Stunning Weight Loss
ELLEN ADARNA – Actress and celebrity mom Ellen Adarna shares her tips for achieving impressive weight loss, opening up about her postpartum journey and the simple yet effective routine that helped her regain her pre-pregnancy figure.
Ellen Adarna revealed some of the secrets behind her successful weight loss journey after her second pregnancy. Through an Instagram update, Ellen proudly showed her progress, flaunting her slimmer and healthy-looking figure.
According to Ellen, getting back to her pre-pregnancy body wasn’t easy, but she is steadily reaching her fitness goals. “Took me 9 months to grow a tiny human in my belly, so I’m giving myself another 9 months to hit my goals,” she said. Currently five months postpartum, she admits she’s not quite “there” yet, but she believes that every step toward progress counts.

In her post, she also shared her weekly workout routine: she does Pilates three times a week and yoga twice a week. In addition, she aims to complete 5,000 steps a day, even though she’s mostly at home taking care of her baby.
Ellen also openly admitted that she has sciatica, a condition that often causes lower back and leg pain. Jokingly, she said her daughter Liana is to “blame” for it—but that it’s totally worth it because her daughter is really beautiful.
Aside from the physical aspect of her journey, Ellen also touched on the mental side. She admitted that she felt more affected by her postpartum hairfall than by the challenge of losing weight. “Mas na depress pakos hairfall kaysa losing weight. TBH,” she said.

Ellen also drew inspiration from the philosophies of local personalities Rufa Mae Quinto and Janina San Miguel. “Rufa Mae and Janina San Miguel supremacy. Isa isa lang. One by one, step by step, go go go! I don’t feel any pressure right now,” she added.
Overall, Ellen is proof that postpartum recovery shouldn’t be rushed—it takes patience, consistency, and the right mindset.
