Toddler Reports Mom to Police for Refusing to Give Him Ice Cream
ICE CREAM DISPUTE – A toddler quickly dialed 911 to report his mother for allegedly refusing to give him ice cream.
A four-year-old boy from Wisconsin, USA, made an unexpected emergency call that had police officers rushing to his home, only to discover that the “serious incident” was actually about ice cream.
The young boy, feeling wronged, dialed 911 to report his mother’s alleged bad behavior. He was convinced that she deserved to be in trouble, and the police needed to step in.
When officers arrived at the house, the mother, caught off guard, asked her son why he had called. Without hesitation, the child admitted that he wanted his mom to go to jail because she had been “bad” to him.
“Because my mommy should go to jail. I hate her, because she is being bad to me. I didn’t get ice cream yet,” the toddler said.
The child informed the police officers that he hadn’t received his ice cream yet. In his mind, justice needed to be served. His mother explained that she had purchased two ice cream treats but had eaten one herself.
The boy mistakenly thought she had taken his, leading to his desperate call for help. Using voice commands, he instructed Siri to contact the police, completely bypassing any need for dialing. His mother had tried to take the phone from him, but he was too quick.
One of the officers played along with the boy’s request to “arrest” his mom, momentarily pretending to handcuff her. Eventually, the child decided she didn’t need to go to jail after all.
