Recently, Atty. Harry Roque spoke on former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte who is currently detained in the Hague, Netherlands. Based on a report on GMA News, the former presidential spokesman said that Duterte was brought to the clinic of the ICC detention facility where he’s detained.

“I also need to underscore this, siya po ngayon ay nasa kumbaga parang clinic nung facility na ‘yun dahil he’s still being monitored. Ang problema nga kasi, nagkulang siya ng gamot talaga,” Roque said.

According to the former spokesman of former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte, from what he heard, the doctors in the ICC knew the medicines that the former Chief Executive has to take but he is allegedly given only the substitute of those medicines.

“Kaya nga po kagabi, nag-deliver kami ng totoong medicine niya with letter and prescription para makita nila na hindi na dapat substitute medicine ang ibigay kung hindi ‘yung talagang mga gamot,” the former Presidential Spokesman said.
