Partner of Ex-Pres. Duterte, Honeylet Avanceña, Accompanies Former President Following Arrest
HONEYLET AVANCEÑA – The common-law wife of former President Rodrigo Duterte was spotted trying to convince him not to go with Philippine National Police and the Interpol.
Countless Filipinos were shocked by the recent events following the arrival of former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA). He arrived to the country this morning from Hong Kong where he attended a Thanksgiving event.

Former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte was arrested by the PNP. Based on a statement from the Presidential Communications Office (PCO), the Interpol Manila received a copy of the warrant of arrest from the International Criminal Court (ICC) early today.
The arrest warrant was served upon the arrival of Duterte at NAIA. The former President arrived with his camp including his common-law wife, Honeylet Avanceña. Senator Christopher “Bong” Go also arrived at the airport prior to the arrival of the former President.

Based on a video clip posted by the youngest daughter of former Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte, Veronica “Kitty” Duterte, his daughter with Honeylet Avanceña, the common-law wife of the former Chief Executive even tried to convince him not to with the PNP and the Interpol citing there was allegedly no warrant of arrest against him.
Honeylet Avanceña could even be heard saying that those people who are stopping them are “abusive”. Former Pres. Duterte tried to calm his partner down and just coordinated with the authorities.

Before former Pres. Rodrigo Duterte disembarked his flight this morning, he told the press that he will never be on the side of the white races. According to him, they just have to kill him.
Based on the statement posted by the Presidential Communications Office, former Pres. Duterte is currently under the custody of the authorities. PCO said that a doctor has checked the former Chie Executive to ensure that he is in good health.
Previously, Malacañang has aired its side if the ICC releases an arrest warrant against Duterte.
