The motorcycle’s owner tried to explain that he had left the bike for repairs, and once it was fixed, the mechanic decided to test it to ensure the issue was resolved.
However, the authorities stood firm, stating that regardless of the reason, traffic rules must be followed. Since the mechanic had no license, he was not allowed to operate the motorcycle on public roads.
