HOLIDAY 2025 PHILIPPINES – Here are the lists of the regular holiday observances and special non-working days in the country.
Aside from the personal occasions every year, also some of the dates that countless Filipinos await are the holidays. These days mean differently among many people. To some, these are the perfect timing for vacation with family and friends. For others, these days can be the time for an extended rest.
In other cases, the holidays are the perfect time to have extra income. There are holiday pay rules in the Philippines that require the employers to give an extra pay to the workers who report to duty during regular holiday events and special non-working days.
Every year, Malacañang releases the list of holidays in the country ahead the start of a new year. The Palace has previously released the lists and it include several regular holidays and special non-working days.
