Niño Muhlach’s Son Sandro Muhlach Admits Deep Trauma on Alleged Incident
SANDRO MUHLACH – The young actor finally spoke up on the issue between him and two (2) independent contractors of GMA-7.
The issue involving the actor son of Niño Muhlach and two (2) independent contractors of GMA-7 network, Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz, has reached the Senate. The upper chamber previously invited both camp for a hearing of the issue.
The picture became clearer to the public when Sandro filed a complaint versus Nones and Cruz after a rumor that a young actor was allegedly taken advantage of two (2) Kapuso executives crossed the surface. The Kapuso network stressed that Nones and Cruz are “independent contractors”.
Meanwhile, the GMA-7 assured that while Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz are independent contractors, they are still liable to follow the Code of Conduct set by the network. The two (2) contractors were placed under a suspension amid the investigation of the case.
Sandro Muhlach has recently filed a formal complaint against the two GMA-7 independent contractors at the DOJ (Department of Justice). He was accompanied by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and his father, Niño Muhlach, during the filing of the case
The camp of Sandro is confident that their evidence against Nones and Cruz are strong. One of the GMA-7 contractors accused by Sandro were previously rushed to the hospital amid the investigation of the issue.
During the first and second Senate hearing on the issue, only Niño Muhlach appeared and he cried as he recalled the ordeal of his son. Their family is determined to give justice to what his son allegedly went through.
Recently, Sandro Muhlach, after filing a formal complaint against Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz before the DOJ, appeared at the Senate hearing. He finally spoke his side on the issue. He was careful as he has already filed a case against the two (2) GMA-7 independent contractors.
Sandro asked for a time from the senators to speak which the lawmakers granted. He apologized for missing to attend the previous hearings saying that his doctors has advised him not to as he was not ready to talk about the issue. He stressed that he feels scared and embarrassed over what allegedly happened.
“Hirap na hirap po ako makatulog. Hindi po ako makakain. Araw-araw po ako na ina-anxiety saka hanggang ngayon po, diring-diri pa rin ako sa sarili ko,” Sandro said.
Sandro Muhlach admitted that he is still not okay but he is trying to be okay so his family will not worry much about him. According to him, his mother who is in the United States cries everyday and blames herself for not being there to protect him.
The son of Niño Muhlach admitted that struggled in speaking up over what allegedly happened. He stressed that it is hard to accept that it was allegedly done to him and he sees low of himself for what happened. It took him 10 days before he finally spoke on what he allegedly experienced. He admitted that he also felt scared for his career in the Kapuso network.
“Actually, ayoko po talaga kumalat ito kasi natatakot po ako na maapektuhan yung career ko sa GMA. Kasi, three years ko po inalagaan yung pangalan ko sa GMA,” the young actor said.
