Niño Muhlach’s Son Sandro Muhlach Swears at DOJ on Veracity of Claims
SANDRO MUHLACH – The son of Niño Muhlach filed a complaint versus 2 GMA-7 contractors at the Department of Justice (DOJ).
The issues involving the son of Niño Muhlach has gathered different reactions. The son of the actor accused two (2) GMA-7 independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, of taking advantage of him. It has reached not only the management of the Kapuso network and the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) but as well as the Senate.
The Senate has previously invited the camp of Muhlach as well as the two (2) GMA-7 independent contractors into a hearing. Niño Muhlach appeared on the first hearing and he was emotional as he narrated how his son had told him about the alleged incident.
During the second hearing at the Senate, Niño revealed the text messages exchange between Sandro Muhlach and Jojo Nones. Then, the two (2) GMA-7 independent contractors were already present at the inquiry. They denied all the allegations against them.
A few days after the hearing, Dode Cruz, one of the GMA-7 independent contractors accused by Sandro was rushed to the hospital. The legal counsel of Nones and Cruz claimed that her clients have been experiencing severe stress since their names and photos were posted online.
Nones and Cruz earned so much bashing amid the allegations. The management of the Kapuso network has placed the two (2) GMA-7 independent contractors under suspension. Previously, the network explained that even though they are independent contractors, they are still bound to follow the Code of Conduct set by the network.
Sandro Muhlach previously filed a complaint at the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and the GMA-7 network. Recently, the son of Niño Muhlach and the NBI filed a formal complaint at the Department of Justice (DOJ).
Based on a report on GMA News, Sandro Muhlach, together with the NBI, went to DOJ in Manila to formally file the complaint against Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz. The son of Niño swore before the prosecutors of the justice department on the veracity of his claims against the two (2) GMA-7 independent contractors.
According to Muhlach’s lawyer, Attorney Czarina Raz, they are confident with the complaint as their evidence against Nones and Cruz is strong. Based on the report, Sandro expressed that the truth will come out.
Niño Muhlach expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported his son. According to him, it is quite relieving on their part that they finally got to the said point stressing that it is heavy for him to see his son suffer every day.
“Ang bigat kasi nakikita mo ‘yung anak mo araw-araw na nag-susuffer. Hindi makakain, hindi makatulog,” the actor said.
