Lawyer of Dode Cruz Reveals He’s Suffering from Anxiety Attacks
DODE CRUZ – The lawyer of the GMA-7 independent contractor accused by Sandro Muhlach revealed that he was rushed to the hospital.
One of the issues that hooked the attention of the Senate was the complaint filed by Sandro Muhlach, the son of actor Niño Muhlach, against two (2) independent contractors of the GMA-7 network. Sandro filed a complaint before the NBI or the National Bureau of Investigation.
The GMA-7 network tagged the accused, Jojo Nones and Dode Cruz, as “independent contractors”. Meanwhile, the network clarified that they are under the Code of Conduct of the network despite their independent status.
The Kapuso network placed Nones and Cruz under a suspension amid the investigation of the case. The Senate called for a hearing over the issue. On the first inquiry set by the upper chamber, Sandro Muhlach and the two (2) GMA-7 contractors skipped the hearing.
Niño Muhlach attended the Senate hearing and he was emotional as he narrated the alleged state of his son when he was telling him his alleged experience. Prior to Sandro filing a complaint, there were rumors that a young actor was taken advantage of by two (2) executives of the Kapuso network.
The Muhlach family is angered by the alleged experience of Sandro and vowed to give justice to it. According to Niño, he has met with Nones and Cruz in a private meeting and they apologized. The actor said that he can forgive them but they have to pay for what was allegedly done to his son.
The lawyer of Nones and Cruz, Attorney Maggie Abraham-Garduque, previously said that the GMA-7 contractors denied Niño Muhlach’s claim that they apologized. At a recent Senate hearing, the two (2) contractors of the Kapuso network said that they apologized to him but they did nothing wrong against his son.
Dode Cruz and Jojo Nones maintained that they are innocent from the allegations. Recently, their lawyer revealed that Cruz was rushed to the hospital.
Based on a report on Pep, Atty. Maggie Abraham-Garduque expressed that Dode Cruz has anxiety attacks after the Senate hearing and he was rushed to the hospital this morning. She also stressed that her clients are suffering from stress after their names and photos were posted online.
“My clients had been suffering physical and psychological stress since their names and images were posted on social media,” the lawyer said.
The lawyer revealed that Dode Cruz is set to undergo colonoscopy and endoscopy procedures tomorrow. Reportedly, Senator Jinggoy Estrada’s act of tearing the letter that her clients have sent the Senate triggered the stress of Nones and Cruz.
