Guo Hua Ping entered the Philippines in 2003 based on records. The suspended Mayor and her camp deny the allegations. Attorney Stephen David, Guo’s lawyer, recently stressed that she has a valid birth certificate and passport. It is amid the Comelec panel’s suggestion of filing a misrepresentation complaint against Mayor Guo.
