Actor Sam Milby Speaks on Health Condition
SAM MILBY – The Kapamilya actor-singer admitted having a health condition which he visibly never expected as he always thinks he’s healthy.
Undeniably, most celebrities are among those who live strict lifestyles. They are on watch with regards to their diet and they are among those who keep themselves not just healthy but also fit through workout sessions. However, even the celebrities who always think themselves to be healthy may not be exempted from health conditions.
Kapamilya actor Sam Milby is one of the actors who always think himself to be healthy. However, he was surprised when he found out that he has Type 2 Diabetes. In a post, the actor-singer stated that he has always think of himself as a healthy person and he is not a lover of sweet foods.
Furthermore, Sam also stated that he rarely eat junk foods. Both parents and even the grandparents of the actor did not have diabetes. According to him, it was last year when he found out that he has Type 2 Diabetes.
Sam Milby expressed his hope that he had his glucose level checked way earlier when his health condition was still in the pre-diabetes phase. In his post, the actor-singer advised his followers not to ignore the symptoms after what happened to him and to get checked regularly. According to the actor-singer, he was always thirsty and urinating often then.

Sam Milby is engaged to Catriona Gray but there are speculations that their engagement was called off. It was in February 2023 when the couple announced their engagement. They were first romantically-linked in 2019 and they confirmed their relationship in 2020.
Previously, the Cornerstone Entertainment which manages the career of both Sam and Catriona issued a statement confirming that their relationship was going through a rough phase. It sought privacy for the couple.
