Diwata Guests on Don Whamos’s New Talk Show
WHAMOS CRUZ – The social media personality launched his talk show called “Talk Show ni Don Whamos” with Diwata as his inaugural guest.
During his appearance on Whamos’s talk show, Diwata discussed various topics, especially his business. He expressed happiness about being invited by Whamos, whom he considers his idol. Diwata shared that he started his business during the pandemic with just a P5000 capital, initially selling cigarettes and food. Later, he ventured into selling “pares,” a Filipino dish, after being taught how to cook by a friend.
In the interview, Diwata expressed gratitude towards vloggers who featured his paresan, emphasizing their role in his success. He mentioned not viewing nearby paresan as competitors. He explained that his busy schedule sometimes prevents him from taking photos, as he prioritizes the smooth operation of his paresan business.
He also announced the expansion of his business with new menu items and the opening of a second branch in Quezon City. He clarified that his business is open for franchising.
When asked about his paresan’s earnings, Diwata stated that it’s sufficient but didn’t disclose specific figures. He also denied paying vloggers for promotion. He also addressed a past incident in 2016 where he was assaulted by a friend who now works with him.
He mentioned being open to relationships but is currently focused on his business. In the final part of his vlog, Diwata received gifts from Whamos.
Meanwhile, Diwata is a social media personality and entrepreneur known for selling “pares.” Originally from Samar, he moved to Manila for better opportunities. His journey included hardships like living under a bridge and working various jobs before finding success with his 24-hour pares business.
