Park Bo Ram dies at the age of 30
PARK BO RAM – Many fans are mourning the passing of the famous Korean singer. She was 30 years old.
Her sudden passing was confirmed by Park Bo Ram’s talent agency, XANADU Entertainment, today, April 12, based on a report from the Korean outlet Soompi.
According to the agency, Bo Ram passed away on April 11, and the cause of the incident is currently under investigation. “It’s true that Park Bo Ram died on April 11,” said XANADU. Furthermore, “The cause of death is currently being investigated by the police.”
Park Bo-ram, born on March 1, 1994, in Chuncheon, South Korea, was a prominent South Korean singer known for her contributions to K-pop and R&B music. She gained recognition after participating in Mnet’s SuperStar K2 competition, where she finished in the top eight.
Park’s musical journey began with her debut single “Beautiful,” featuring Zico, released on August 7, 2014. This marked the beginning of her successful career, earning her accolades such as the Artist of the Year for August at the Gaon Chart K-Pop Awards.
Throughout her career, Park released several singles and albums, showcasing her versatility as an artist. She collaborated with various artists and contributed to numerous drama soundtracks, further solidifying her presence in the industry.
In addition to her musical endeavors, Park ventured into acting, making appearances in television series and films. Despite her untimely death on April 11, 2024, at the age of 30 in Seoul, South Korea, Park’s legacy continues to live on through her music and contributions to the Korean entertainment industry.
