KIM CHIU and PAULO AVELINO – The love team of “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?” stars are rumored to be on the rocks.
Kim Chiu is a popular actress, singer, and model who rose to fame after winning the reality television show “Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition” in 2006. She has since become one of the most recognizable faces in Philippine showbiz. Chiu has starred in numerous television dramas and blockbuster films, including “My Binondo Girl,” “Ina, Kapatid, Anak,” and “One Great Love.”
On the other hand, Paulo Avelino is an actor known for his roles in various television dramas and films. He gained prominence for his performances in series such as “Walang Hanggan,” “Bridges of Love,” and “The Promise of Forever.” Avelino has also starred in several critically acclaimed films, including “Ang Larawan” and “Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral.”
Together, Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino have worked on projects such as the TV series “Linlang” and “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?” and have garnered attention for their on-screen chemistry.
In the Thursday episode of “Showbiz Updates,” showbiz insider Ogie Diaz provided an update on the two artists. “Sa totoo lang, hindi pa po sila. ‘Yon lang ang ating wini-wish. Kasi ang nalaman ko lang mula sa production staff ng ‘What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?’ e parang hindi na raw gano’n ka-sweet,” Ogie revealed. “Okay sila sa set. Pero ‘yong ligawan medyo malabo raw. […] Syempre nalungkot ako,” he added.

Ogie Diaz further commented: “Mas sweet sila no’ng una. Nito na raw parang hindi na gano’n ka-sweet. […] At syempre sabi ko sa kausap kong production staff, sana sila pa rin ang magkatuluyan kasi talagang gustong-gusto ko sila.”
