Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo marked her 28th birthday with an intimate gathering aboard a yacht, surrounded by close friends and notable personalities, including Dominic Roque, Jericho Rosales, and Rambo Nunez, as captured in Mark Bumgarner and Earl Semitara’s Instagram stories.
Following the yacht party, the celebration extended to a secluded island where Maymay Entrata entertained guests with her performance of her hit song “Amakabogera.”
Joining Kathryn Bernardo’s party were her “Hello Love Goodbye” co-stars Maymay Entrata, Lovely Abella, Kakai Bautista, and Alden Richards. Alden, usually not one to engage in such activities, surprised everyone by serenading Kathryn with a duet alongside Kakai Bautista, singing the love song “Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang.”
At the end of their duet, Alden playfully remarked, “Panis. Happy birthday, Kath! Hindi ko ginagawa ‘to, putek!” The camera then captured Kathryn’s smiling reaction to their impromptu duet.

In a previous article, Alden Richards talked about his friendship with Kathryn Bernardo. During an interview with MJ Felipe of ABS-CBN News, Alden highlighted that despite not keeping in touch recently, their friendship has endured since their collaboration on the romantic film “Hello, Love, Goodbye” in 2019.
He emphasized that they still check in with each other, and their bond remains steadfast. Alden stated, “Nakakamusta naman natin siya and at the same time naman, ‘yung friendship never naman nawala ever since.”
