Ricci Rivero and Leren Mae Bautista on their relationship
RICCI RIVERO AND LEREN MAE BAUTISTA – Here’s what the couple said when they were asked how their relationship started.
Leren and Ricci appeared on Friday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where they talked about their relationship. It was their first guesting together since admitting their relationship.
To recall, it was in October when the couple publicized their relationship.
In an interview with Boy Abunda, Leren said that their relationship started during the feeding program in Laguna, where she’s able to see him and talk to him in person. She also said that the basketball player seemed like a total celebrity and a snob.
Ricci’s behavior made him intriguing to her, who admitted that “in a way” it made her interested in him.
“‘Yong pumunta siya do’n to help our community and to have a very meaningful birthday celebration para dun sa mga bata and dun sa tao po sa Los Baños, it was really different kasi hindi naman po lahat ganun ‘yung ginagawa,” Leren said.

Ricci, for his part, said neither of them planned the outreach program but that because he does outreach activities on a yearly basis, maybe his friend knows someone who can organize an outreach program.
The basketball player also agreed when the King of Talk said that their meeting was destined to happen. According to him, they started having “small talks”, Leren was fun to be around with, and they both enjoy each other’s company.
During the “Fast Talk” portion of the interview with the King of Talk, Ricci admitted that he made the first move, and he also first said “I like you” and “I love you”.
