Yasmien Kurdi: “Malay mo, ako na gagawa ng sarili kong birthday cake”
YASMIEN KURDI – The actress recently shared that she’s excited for cake lessons as her birthday is fast approaching.
The actress posted a video on her social media account where she can be seen making tarts and quiches in a baking class.
In the caption of her post, she shared that she can’t believe she can make tarts and quiches at home as it’s delicious and it’s “pang 5-star hotel level”.
Yasmien went on to share that she’s excited for the cake lessons in a baking class as her birthday is fast approaching. The actress is set to celebrate her 35th birthday on January 25, 2024.
According to her, she will make her own birthday cake once she’s able to learn how to make one.
“Excited ako sa cake lesson bilang malapit na birthday ko … malay mo ako na gagawa ng sarili kong birthday cake,” she said.
To recall, Yasmien shared that she enrolled herself in a baking class while she’s pregnant with her second child. At that time, the actress said she’s really happy because she learned a lot from her teacher in a baking class.
According to her, she really wanted to enroll in the “Pastry and Bakery Arts Program” for a long time but she wasn’t able to do it because she’s busy with tapings at that time. She added that she took the chance to study while pregnant with her second child.

The actress, who previously starred in Kapuso series titled “The Missing Husband”, announced last November 2023 that she and her husband Rey Soldevilla, Jr. are expecting their second child.
