Valeen Montenegro and Riel Manuel are married
VALEEN MONTENEGRO – The “Bubble Gang” star got married to her non-showbiz boyfriend, Riel Manuel, in Makati City.
Photos and videos of the “Bubble Gang” star surfaced online, mostly posted by those who are present at the wedding.
The church wedding was held on Friday, January 12, 2024, at Sanctuario de San Antonio Parish in Forbes Park, Makati City. Among those who are present at the wedding are Ashley Rivera, Carla Abellana, and Sid Maderazo.
Ashley posted a photo of Valeen and Riel on her Instagram Stories and she captioned it “Mabuhay ang bagong kasal”.
Meanwhile, Carla posted a photo where Valeen can be seen wearing a gown and holding a bouquet of flowers. In the caption, Carla told Valeen that she can’t even begin to express how happy she is for her and Riel.
As seen in a photo from Sid, the wedding reception took place at the Manila Peninsula Hotel.
It was last November 27, 2022 when Valeen and her non-showbiz partner got engaged. The couple made the announcement by posting a series of photos on their respective social media accounts at that time.

To recall, the Kapuso actress said in an interview on “Updated with Nelson Canlas” that her partner is working in an advertising industry as a director of photography (DOP). She also shared that they have a baby dog as well.
Aside from that, Valeen also shared that she and Riel talked about leveling up their relationship – including getting married.
“Parang nandoon na, pa-climb na kayo ng stairs na alam n’yo kung saan din naman papunta. So I’m waiting, charot. Waiting,” Valeen said at that time.
