Rendon Labador Slams PCSO Over “Edited” Lotto Winner

Rendon Labador to PCSO: “Niloloko ninyo ang taumbayan!”

RENDON LABADOR – The motivational speaker took to the social networking site Facebook, where he lambasted the PCSO for the “edited” lotto winner.

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) just announced the winner of the Lotto 6/42 jackpot. The happy news, however, got mixed up in a bit of trouble when some people on social media started questioning the winner’s photo, claiming it looked “edited.”

On Facebook, the PCSO shared that a lucky bettor from San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan won a whopping P43,882,361.60 in the December 28, 2023 lotto draw. The winner used her family’s birthdates and two special numbers, 28 and 34, representing a car and a house, to pick the winning numbers: 18-34-01-11-28-04.

The winner plans to use the money to start a business, buy a new home, and save the rest for her two kids. The PCSO even posted pictures of the winning ticket and the winner receiving the check from Assistant General Manager Julieta Aseo.

However, some online users are saying the PCSO edited the winner into the picture. They pointed out differences in the texture and lighting of her body compared to Aseo and noticed dark blue outlines on her long skirt.

One user joked, “May kilala po ako, P3,000 lang! Malinis mag-edit.” Another added humorously, “Sana ginamit ‘yung napalanunan para mas maganda ang edit.” Still, some defended the edit, saying, “Edited ‘yan syempre, para sa safety din nung winner.”

Among those who reacted to the photo of the winner is none other than motivational speaker Rendon Labador. In a Facebook post, he noted: “PCSO, niloloko ninyo ang taumbayan! (emoji) Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, mga siraulo kayong lahat na nandiyan!”

In a video, Rendon called the attention of senators and congressmen who have nothing to do to look into the matter, whereas to investigate the action of PCSO. As of press time, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office has yet to issue an explanation or statement regarding the “edited” winner.
