The Irish boyband Boyzone was founded in 1993 by talent manager Louis Walsh who also managed Westlife. Prior to recording any material, the band appeared on RTE’s The Late Late Show. The Irish boy band is composed of Stephen Gately, Keith Duffy, Ronan Keating, Mikey Graham, and Shane Lynch.

Boyzone has recorded at least 7 studio albums and 9 compilation albums. The Irish boyband was recognized as the 2nd most successful boyband in Britain following Take That.
