Kris Aquino shared that her son Bimby needs to work due to the escalating medical expenses she faces
KRIS AQUINO – The Queen of All Media disclosed that her son Bimby needs to work because of her mounting medical bills.
In response to a well-wishing netizen’s comment, Kris expressed gratitude and love, and in her reply, she mentioned that Bimby might have to return home after her birthday due to the rising medical costs.
She explained that Bimby needs to work, and despite suggestions for a name change, Kris, as the stage mom, opposed it. Bimby will continue to be known as “Bimb” without a last name, similar to the artist Drake.
“Bimb might go home after my birthday. He needs to work because my medical bills are already getting higher & higher. But Tin, the stage mom is already saying NO to a name hange. He’ll stay as Bimb. No last name, like Drake,” she noted.
Bimby is Kris Aquino’s son with professional basketball player James Yap. Apart from Bimby, she also has a son with Philip Salvador, Joshua Aquino or Josh.
Earlier, Kris Aquino took to social media to provide a health update, revealing that she is in the initial stage of lupus. Aquino shared her emotional reaction to the blood panel results, indicating that her Churg Strauss/EGPA and Crest Syndrome are actively being treated. She is now showing symptoms of another autoimmune connective tissue disease, likely lupus.
She pointed out indicators such as an elevated ANA count, high inflammatory numbers, anemia, constant elevated blood pressure at night, and the persistent appearance of the ‘butterfly rash’ on her face. Despite the complexity of her health battle, Aquino pledged to continue fighting for her loved ones and expressed gratitude for the prayers from supporters. She emphasized her determination not to give up.
Aquino’s previous health update in November mentioned abnormalities in her blood panel and the initiation of iron infusions. The recent disclosure provides a more detailed picture of her medical situation and her resolve to face the challenges ahead.
