To cook fish sinigang for four (4) people, here are the ingredients that you must prepare:

  • 250 grams Bangus, sliced
  • 1 piece onion, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 piece tomato, quartered
  • 1 piece finger pepper
  • 1/2 piece eggplant, sliced
  • 1/2 bundle Kangkong or spinach, cut into two (2) inch servings
  • 1 pack 20-gram Knorr Sinigang Mix Original
  • 1/2 piece radish, medium sliced

Here is the final part of the fish sinigang recipe, the cooking process. Here are the steps in cooking this healthy dish that is perfect for the cold weather:

Step 1 — Add the two (2) cups of water to the pot as well as the onions and tomatoes. Put it over high heat to boil for five (5) minutes.
