A certain Carol Ven took to the social networking site Facebook to share her reaction upon ordering food from a renowned restaurant. According to her, she lost her appetite after seeing the food they ordered from Kuya J Restaurant.
In her post, Carol mentioned that she ordered Lechon Kawali, a dish known for its crispy and flavorful deep-fried pork belly. To her surprise, the P370 worth of Lechon Belly she ordered had only at least 10 slices. She even remarked that it should be voided.
“Dula man gana ko magkaon pagkakita sang order ko sa Kuya J Restaurant ba. This is their P370 pesos worth of Lechon Kawali (emojis) Pwede ipa-void? HUHUHU,” she noted.
Her post earned hundreds of reactions and was shared a couple of times. One netizen said that each piece cost P37 each. Another netizen quipped that the food might have cost that much because of the cucumber.
In the comment section, Carol expressed surprise, mentioning that the food seemed plentiful in the picture. She’s hoping that the management would indicate how many grams of Lechon Kawali they are serving so that customers are aware.
