Zeinab Harake Reacts To Her Intimate Scene with Derek Ramsay In ‘Kampon’

Zeinab Harake: “Yung scene po, medyo naloka ako”

ZEINAB HARAKE – The content-creator-turned-actress gave a reaction about her intimate scene with actor Derek Ramsay in the movie “Kampon”.

“Kampon” is one of the official entries for this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) and will hit the cinemas on December 25, 2023. Other cast members of the movie include Derek Ramsay, Beauty Gonzalez, and more.

She talked about her intimate scene with the actor at the media conference for the upcoming horror movie last December 11, 2023 – the same day she celebrated her 25th birthday.

Zeinab, who played the role of Loreta in the film, said that her character is far from her in real life and the first thing that came to her mind while doing the intimate scene was to see the expression while doing it, and so she was a little shocked when she saw it on the screen.

Parang Anne Curtis, ganung level na napapanood ko with Sir Derek Ramsay,” Zeinab said. “Tapos, isa ako sa nabigyan ng pagkakataon na gawin yun. Hindi ko alam kung good ba yun or bad, pero nailaban naman po.

Meanwhile, Derek Ramsay said that the scene he and Zeinab did was necessary in the film and it’s different from the scene he and Beauty Gonzalez did. He also shared that he was careful with Zeinab while doing the scene because it was her first acting project.

According to the actor, her transformation from Zeinab to Loreta was “in a snap of a finger”.

Zeinab Harake went on to express her gratitude to Derek Ramsay and “Kampon” director King Palisoc for guiding her in doing the scene. She also said that she’s very thankful and very lucky that Derek is her partner in the film.

But when she was asked if she will continue with her showbiz career, the content creator said that she’s not 100% percent about it “pero may mga pini-pitch naman po yung management sa akin”.
