Katrina Halili: “Happy naman ako kung siya. Kasi kung siya kasi komportable ka, di ba?”
KATRINA HALILI – Here’s what the actress said when she was asked if her current non-showbiz boyfriend is “the one” for her.
The actress, who currently stars in the Kapuso series “Black Rider”, shared that she and her boyfriend have been together for three years and their relationship started in 2020.
She said in an interview with PEP.ph that she doesn’t have to open her relationship to the public but she doesn’t deny about having a non-showbiz boyfriend.
When she was asked if her non-showbiz boyfriend is “the one” for her, she said that it’s too early to tell about it but she’ll be happy if he’s “the one” for her. She went on to share her Christmas wish for this year.
“Too early [to tell]… happy naman ako kung siya. Kasi kung siya kasi komportable ka, di ba?” she said. “Yun naman yung importante and yun din naman ang winish ko — parang may companion ako, na hindi ako naiilang, or nagagawa ko pa rin ang gusto ko. Hindi ko binabago ang sarili ko para sa yo. Eto pa rin ako.”
The actress was also asked about her reason why she’s happy in her current relationship. According to her, “para akong may all-in-one” and shared that she has a companion, she has someone to be with, and it’s like she’s having a brother.
In the same interview, Katrina shared that she had a partner in raising Katie – her daughter from her previous relationship with singer Kris Lawrence.
The actress also admitted that raising a child is not easy, and so she imitated her boyfriend’s treatment of her daughter. She added that she’s “super happy” because she learned something from it.
To recall, Katrina said in a media interview with “Black Rider” stars last November that she has become more inspired to work because of her daughter.
