Virtual Card

With this card, you can use it to shop and pay at your favorite online shops that accept VISA or Mastercard. You can get it by upgrading your account and add money of at least PHP 100 to your wallet and activating it using the app.

But according to Maya, you can only use your virtual card for digital services or online purchases.

You can see your virtual card by opening the app, navigating the “Cards” section at the top of the home screen, and selecting “Virtual Card”. From there, you can view your virtual card details such as your name, card number, expiry date and security code / CVV2. But you need to have a maintaining balance of PHP 100 on your account.

Physical Card

With this card, you can use it to pay for both online and physical purchases. You can also use it to withdraw your money at automatic teller machines (ATMs) that accept VISA or Mastercard.

However, you need to buy a physical card first before linking it to your account. Once you have successfully ordered a physical one online, Maya will deliver it in 8-10 working days in NCR or in 10-12 working days in other areas.
