JM de Guzman: “Big challenge for me is …”
JM DE GUZMAN – The “Linlang” and “The Iron Heart” star recently revealed the big challenge for him as an actor.
On Wednesday, Star Magic revealed that the Kapamilya actor has renewed his contract with ABS-CBN.
JM admitted during the contract signing with ABS-CBN that being consistent in himself is the big challenge for him as an actor despite the success of “Linlang” and “The Iron Heart”.
He also said that he wants to be better at himself and to improve his acting skills so he can perform and deliver better.
“Big challenge for me is consistency sa sarili ko and to better myself everyday, to improve para mas makapag-perform pa nang maayos, maka-deliver nang maayos,” the Kapamilya actor said.
The Kapamilya actor recalled how he found his purpose with the help of ABS-CBN, saying that he thought he was only going to be an actor at first. According to the actor, he doesn’t know what emotion he’s going to embrace at the moment – whether it’s joy or gratitude that he’s feeling.
JM went on to share that ABS-CBN has guided him in the right path, adding that being an actor means a lot because he found his purpose at ABS-CBN. He also promised that he will continue to improve his acting skills and to also deliver with his new projects.
According to him, he will continue to be a better person and be a better actor every day. He also said that he’s hoping to inspire people like him who also went through the same thing he went through and he’s also hoping that it will be a lesson for people like him as well.
Meanwhile, JM released a vlog where he shared the highlights of his “not so friendly” date with celebrity vlogger Donnalyn Bartolome on a yacht. The actor shared that Donnalyn finally agreed to go out on date with him after more than a year of pursuing.
