- Clear copy of a selfie holding your valid ID
- Valid IDs (National ID/Philsys ID, Passport, Postal ID, UMID, Driver’s License, SSS ID, PRC ID, HDMF ID, AFP ID, Senior Citizen ID, and PWD ID)
- Notarized Affidavit of Loss (For defective, stolen, lost, or expired SIM)

The first step is to create a new account with your new number and you need to fully verify your new account. Keep in mind that you can’t proceed with the next step if your new account is not fully verified.
Next, you need to submit a ticket to request for transfer of funds from your old account to your new account. You need to make sure that you need to include all attachments required for a smoother process.
Once done, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the status of your request within 48 hours.
If your new mobile number is not yet registered to the platform, you need to update your mobile number that is linked to your account by performing the “Account Recovery” in the platform.
But if your SIM got stolen, lost, defective, or expired, you need to contact and request your network service provider in order to give you a new SIM with the same number.
