- duly-accomplished Cambodian eVisa Application Form with the following information
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Passport number, issue date, expiry date
- contact information
- health and security information
- valid passport
- must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry to Ethiopia
- must have two (2) blank pages
- digital photo of the passport information page
- must have plain background
- allowed to be taken using a phone or camera
- hotel booking information if requested
- negative PCR test taken within 72 hours since arrival in Ethiopia or Double Vaccination Certificate
- valid email address
In the case of doing business in Ethiopia, there is a different set of Ethiopia Visa requirements for application as you will be needing another type of visa — the Business Visa. Here are the documents needed in applying for this type of electronic visa:
- duly-accomplished Cambodian eVisa Application Form with the following information
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Passport number, issue date, expiry date
- contact information
- health and security information
- valid passport
- must be valid for at least six (6) months from the date of entry to Ethiopia
- must have two (2) blank pages

- Invitation Letter
- Business Card
- hotel booking information if requested
- negative PCR test taken within 72 hours since arrival in Ethiopia or Double Vaccination Certificate
- valid email address
