Anne Jakapong Jakrajutatip: Miss Universe A Priority Amid Financial Status

Anne Jakapong Jakrajutatip: “No matter what….I always put the Miss Universe Organization as my first priority in life.”

ANNE JAKAPONG JAKRAJUTATIP – The CEO of JKN Global Group said that she puts the Miss Universe Organization as her first priority in life.

She said this after JKN Global Group announced to the Thai Stock Exchange on Thursday that the company’s board of directors agreed on Tuesday to submit a business rehabilitation plan to the bankruptcy court of Thailand.

The company also said in a statement that submitting the rehabilitation petition will effectively solve its “liquidity problem” under legal mechanism and will also provide fair protection to all of its stakeholders.

No matter what….I always put The Miss Universe Organization as my first priority in life. No matter how joyful or painful it’s gonna be….Our universe must go on, must be great, and must stay on top as the legendary Beauty Olympics in the World!” she said.

According to Anne, the organization maintains a pristine record and also remains steadfast in its commitment to seamless operations.

Bankruptcy or Business Rehabilitation?

Anne, in her social media post on Friday, clarified that her company has entered Thailand’s business rehabilitation program and it’s a distinct alternative to filing for bankruptcy.

According to Anne, her company aims to preserve the continuity and integrity of the businesses, allowing it to generate improved returns for creditors and investors through restructuring efforts.

JKN is fully dedicated to this process and remains committed to emerging as a stronger company, with all debts repaid and a financially sound future ahead,” she said.

It can be recalled that JKN Global Group bought the rights for the Miss Universe pageant for $20 million in 2022.
