Kim Chiu: “I am super happy to be reunited with my ate”
KIM CHIU – The Chinita Princess recently opened up about her reunion with Queen of All Media Kris Aquino in the United States.
The Kapamilya actress posted a series of photos of her reunion with Kris during her visit to the United States on her social media account along with a message of appreciation to her.
In the caption of her social media post, she said that she’s “super happy” to be reunited with her “ate” and she’s happy to see her after several years of being apart from one another.
Kim also said that she’s happy to see Kris in good shape and good health, adding that she thanked doctors and nurses for taking care of her “ate”. She also shared that she missed bonding with her and said she hopes to stay longer the next time she visits the area.
“Isa pa sa namiss ko yung mga chikahan natin and tawanan,” Kim Chiu said to Kris Aquino. “Glad that we had that time ate kahit sandali lang, next time longer na with matching sleep over.”
Aside from this, Kim also thanked Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste for making their reunion possible. The actress added that she’s happy to see Josh and she’s also hoping to see Bimby “next time”.
In the comments section, Mark Leviste expressed his gratitude to “Kim Chiu Aquino” for visiting them despite her hectic schedule and for making a way to visit Kris in the United States.
Kris Aquino and Kim Chiu first worked together in the primetime series titled “Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo” in 2010 where they played a mother-daughter tandem in the hit series. Since then, Kris and Kim maintained a close relationship outside of work.
It can be recalled that Kris posted a video on her social media account where she can be seen hugging Kim and having a conversation with her. At that time, the Kris expressed her love for Kim and also thanked her for her genuine care and trust for “16 years & counting”.
