Andrew Schimmer still longs for the presence of his late partner, Jho Rovero
ANDREW SCHIMMER – The actor continues to long for the presence of his late partner, Jho Rovero.
On October 28, 2023, Andrew shared a photo of himself with Jho while she was still alive. The picture was taken at the hospital.
In the caption, Andrew expressed how much he misses his partner, now that it has been almost a year since her passing. He wished for Jho to visit him even in his dreams because he had a lot to tell her. He also mentioned that the wine glass for Jho was already prepared.
His full post read, “Happy Halloween my dear… It’s almost been a year since that day. I miss you. [sad face emoji] Daan ka naman sakin, dame ko gusto kwento sayo. [sad face emoji] Dame akong chismis sayo mami, daan ka ha kahit saglit lang… Naka ready na yung wine glass mo. I will wait. [crying, wine glass emojis]”
Jho Rovero, Andrew’s partner, passed away on December 20. Jho had been confined at St. Luke’s Medical Center, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City for over a year (since November 2021). She suffered from severe hypoxemia, which led to multiple complications.
On October 10, she was discharged from St. Luke’s Medical Center. However, after a week, she was rushed back to the hospital due to her unstable heart rate. Sadly, Jho passed away. Before her passing on December 12, 2022, Andrew had announced his preparation for their planned marriage. Unfortunately, this did not happen due to Jho’s passing.
