The artwork of a fan caught the attention of Stell from SB19
STELL – The SB19 member was amazed by the artwork of his fan named Aljay Camingao, which went viral on TikTok.
Stell, whose real name is Stellvester Ajero, is a singer, songwriter, dancer, and choreographer. He is the main vocalist, lead dancer, and main choreographer of the Filipino boy band SB19, managed by 1Z Entertainment. Before joining SB19, he was part of a dance cover group called ‘SE-EON’ with fellow SB19 member Josh.
Stell has choreographed dance routines for SB19’s songs like “What?” and “Where You At?” He also ventured into solo work, performing on the musical show “A Night of Wonder with Disney+” in November 2022, where he sang “Circle of Life” from “The Lion King.” In June 2023, he became one of the judges on GMA Network’s “The Voice Generations.”
In an exclusive interview with Balita, Aljay admitted that he has been a fan of SB19 for a long time, saying, “Yes po matagal na, 2020 pa po.” He added: “Sila po kasi ang mga nilu-look up ko, amazed din ako dahil naiiba sila sa iba pang artists.”
So, it’s no surprise that he felt immense joy when his idol noticed him. “Masayang-masaya po ako as an artist na na notice yung FanArt ko ng taong pinortrait ko at as an A’tin ay sobrang tuwa ko dahil sa dami ba naman namin ay isa ako sa nabigyan ng chance na ma appreciate ng nag-iisang Coach Stell.”
In fact, he didn’t expect Stell to comment on his TikTok post. “In fact ay hindi ako active sa Tiktok, may mga A’tin lang talaga ang nag-udyok sa akin na i-post sa Tiktok para makita din ng iba pang A’tin,” he said.
